摘 要:社会发展和医学进步,不仅促使口腔疾病谱拓宽,也提高了对口腔疾病的认识深度,这给口腔基础医学教育带来了新的挑战,需要培养更多具有完整知识结构的口腔专业人才。口腔组织病理学作为诊断病理学中的一门重要的分支课程,是连接口腔基础医学与临床医学的桥梁。然而,该课程的教学方式难以与社会发展需求的教学需求相适应,其原因主要与该课程知识点繁多,课程安排欠合理,医学人文精神培养不够,评价及考核方式有待丰富等有关。该课程教学模式多采用单纯传授式、分段式教学,以及应试教育和一次性教育,忽视素质教育与综合能力的培养,学生缺乏继承性学习、创造性学习和终身学习的能力,因而难以达到具有完整知识结构人才的要求。本文就当前该课程的教学现状,从理论课及实验课内容及特点出发,结合主要的基础医学教学方法,分别提出了新的教学思路及策略,为现阶段的口腔基础课程教学工作提供借鉴。Social development and medical advances have not only led to a broadening of the spectrum of oral diseases,but also an increase in the depth of understanding of oral diseases,which has brought new challenges to basic dental education and the need to train more dental professionals with a complete knowledge structure.Oral histopathology,as an important branch of diagnostic pathology,is the bridge between basic dental medicine and clinical medicine.However,the teaching style of this course is not easily adapted to the teaching needs of social development,and the reasons for this are mainly related to the large number of knowledge points in this course,the unreasonable arrangement of the course,the insufficient cultivation of medical humanism,and the evaluation and assessment methods.The teaching mode of the course mostly adopts purely didactic and sectional teaching,as well as exam-oriented and one-off education,neglecting quality education and the cultivation of comprehensive ability,and students lack the ability of inherited learning,creative learning and lifelong learning,thus making it difficult to meet the requirements of talents with a complete knowledge structure.This paper presents new teaching ideas and strategies for the current teaching situation of the course,from the content and characteristics of the theory and laboratory courses,combined with the main teaching methods of basic medicine,to provide reference for the teaching of basic dental courses at this stage.
