高职院校实验实训室绩效评价的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：针对当前高职院校实验实训室绩效评价存在的评价指标针对性不强、不符合职业教育的特点、评价数据准确性不高等问题,进行原因分析,并从对实验实训室进行分类评价、科学设计评价指标、充分利用信息化手段、用好评价结果并完善激励机制、加大经费投入等方面提出对策。Aiming at the problems existing in the performance evaluation of the experimental training room in higher vocational colleges,such as the poor pertinence of the evaluation index,not according with the characteristic of vocational education and the low accuracy of the evaluation data,this paper analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of classification evaluation,scientific design of evaluation index,full use of information means,making good use of the evaluation results and improving the incentive mechanism,increasing the investment.
