摘  要:研究中国菰米(Zizania latifolia)与稻米(Oryza sativa)甲醇提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶、α-淀粉酶、胰脂肪酶和酪氨酸酶的体外抑制作用。结果表明,中国菰米与稻米甲醇提取物对4种酶均具有一定的抑制作用,其中黑米抑制作用最强,菰米和红米次之,籼米和粳米最弱。相关性分析表明,中国菰米与稻米甲醇提取物体外酶抑制作用与其总黄酮(R=0.597 1、0.666 6、0.585 0、0.854 2;P<0.01)和总原花青素(R=0.935 8、0.645 9、0.826 7、0.924 3;P<0.01)含量呈现极显著正相关性。This study was designed to evaluate the inhibitory effects of methanol extracts from Zizania latifolia and Oryza sativa on α-glucosidase,α-amylase,pancreatic lipase,and tyrosinase in vitro. The results showed that these extracts exhibited certain inhibition activities of α-glucosidase,α-amylase,pancreatic lipase,and tyrosinase. Specifically,black rice had the highest inhibition activity,followed by Z. latifolia and red rice,and the activities of indica rice and japonica rice were the lowest. Correlation analysis revealed that the inhibitory effects of methanol extracts from Z. latifolia and O. sativa on enzymes in vitro were positively correlated with the content of total flavonoids(R=0.597 1,0.666 6,0.585 0,0.854 2,P<0.01)and total proanthocyanidins(R=0.935 8,0.645 9,0.826 7,0.924 3,P<0.01).
