摘 要:职业教育作为我国技能人才培养的主力军,其功能发挥深刻影响着技能型社会建设成效及价值目标的实现。技能型社会作为一个演化生成的社会化概念,具有深刻的内涵、特征和价值意蕴。职业教育应积极响应技能型社会建设的主张和要求,充分发挥其在人力资源开发、价值传播、技能传承、服务终身学习等方面的先天优势和显著功能,以政策引领,夯实技能型社会建设的制度基础;从文化发力,营造技能型社会建设的环境氛围;以资源托底,保障技能型社会建设的学习需求。As the main force of training skilled talents in China, how to give full play to the function of vocational education has a profound impact on the effectiveness of the construction of skilled society and the realization of value objectives. As an evolving concept of socialization, skilled society has profound connotation, characteristics and value implication. Vocational education should actively respond to the ideas and requirements of the construction of skilled society, and give full play to its inherent advantages and significant functions in human resource development, value dissemination, skills inheritance, lifelong learning and so on. In order to give better play to the function of vocational education in the construction of skilled society, vocational education needs to be guided by policies and consolidate the institutional foundation of the construction of skilled society;make efforts from culture to create an environmental atmosphere for the construction of a skilled society;and guarantee resource to meet the learning needs of the construction of skilled society.
