摘  要:荔枝以岭南为最著名,荔枝酒更是以岭南为独步。荔枝酒的相关史料最早可溯及唐代,而其自明代中后期起备受文坛追捧,及至清初成为御酒,其亦由此于岭南而广为北传。岭南荔枝酒别具渊源与特色,与岭南独特的酿酒环境与酿酒传统有关。利用发掘的相关史料考察荔枝酒酿造及其向北传播的历史,既对农史和荔枝史研究具有重要意义,也丰富了饮食文化史的内涵。Litchi is best known and litchi wine is unique in Lingnan.Traced back to the Tang Dynasty according to the earliest related historical materials,litchi wine has been sought after in the literary circles since the middle and late Ming Dynasty,and became an imperial wine in the early Qing Dynasty,which is also widely spread to the north from Lingnan.Lingnan litchi wine has a unique origin and characteristics,which is related to the unique brewing environment and tradition.Using the relevant historical materials excavated to investigate the history of litchi wine brewing and its northward dissemination is of great significance to the study of agricultural history and litchi history,and enriches the connotation of the history of food culture,too.
