摘 要:目的探究问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)联合以临床病例为基础的学习方法(CBL)在肺脓肿内科病学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年8月-2020年11月的66名内科学生,将其随机分为研究组(n=33)与对照组(n=33),研究组接受CBL联合PBL教学,对照组接受PBL教学。比较2组教学满意度、考试成绩。结果对照组教学满意度69.7%,比研究组的92.3%低(P<0.05)。组教学前的考试成绩比较无明显差异(P>0.05),对照组教学后的考试成绩比研究组低(P<0.05).结论CBL联合PBL教学法在内科学教学中的应用效果理想,能够使教学质量得到改善,提升学生考试成绩及对于教学工作的满意程度。Objective To explore the application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in internal science teaching.Methods A total of 66 internal medicine students from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The study group received CBL combined with PBL teaching,while the control group received PBL teaching.The teaching satisfaction and test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of the control group was 69.7%lower than that of the research group 92.3%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The test scores of the control group after teaching were lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in internal science teaching is ideal,which can improve the teaching quality,improve students'exam scores and overall ability,and enhance students'satisfaction with teaching work,and can be popularized and applied.
