摘　　要：新时代对高职院校劳动教育提出了更高要求,大学生肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史重任,培养大学生的劳动精神,有利于促进学生的全面发展、提升学校人才培养质量、培养现代化强国建设人才。当前高职院校对劳动教育重视程度不够,内容浅表化,机制不完善,需要通过转变观念,创新内容与方式,打造育人共同体,引导大学生形成正确的劳动价值观,为国家培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。In the new era,higher requirements are put forward for labor education in higher vocational colleges,and college students shoulder the historic task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The cultivation of college students labor spirit is conducive to promoting the overall development of students,improving the quality of the school's talent training,and training talents for the construction of a modern country.At present,vocational colleges pay insufficient attention to labor education,the content of labor education is superficial,and the mechanism of labor education is not perfect.It is necessary to change ideas,innovate content and method,and create a community of education,in order to guide college students to form correct labor values and cultivate the new generation to shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation for our nation.
