摘　　要：提升高校管理人员职业认同水平,对于打造专业化的管理队伍具有重要意义。高校管理人员职业认同的形成过程,不仅受个体“内部”对职业认知和体验的影响,更受“外部”公共认同的制约,并与高校管理人员群体特征和高校管理组织特性密切相关,是高校管理人员与管理职业相互选择的过程,是认知、情感、意志和行为的综合体。因此,要优化高校管理人员的公共政策体系,营造“以人为本”的组织文化,拓宽高校管理人员的培养渠道,全方位提升高校管理人员职业认同水平。Enhancing professional identity level of university administratorsis of great significance to the construction of a professional administrative team.The process of forming professional identity of university administrators is not only influenced by the individual's“internal”professional cognition and experience,but alsogoverned by the“external”public identity,and it is closely related to the characteristics of university administrators and the characteristics of university administrative organizations.It is also a process of mutual choice between university administrators and administrative profession,as well as a synthesis of cognition,emotion,will and behavior.Therefore,it is essential to optimize the public policy system for university administrators,to create a“people-oriented”organizational culture,to broaden the training channels of university administrators,and to improve the level of professional identity of university administrators from all aspects.
