摘　　要：持续推进校园足球特色学校建设的做法具有现实意义,为此采用文献资料法、特尔菲法等构建了以发展性评价理论为指导、CIPP模式为操作范式的评价体系。基于CIPP的校园足球特色学校评价指标体系从发展目标、资源保障、组织执行和发展成果四个维度,反映了特色学校足球教育教学能力的建设状态和发展水平;它由4个一级指标、18个二级指标和57个三级指标构成;验证结果显示该体系具有良好的导向性和可操作性,能够对“存量学校”的发展水平做出评鉴。It is of great practical significance to promote the construction of football characteristic school.Therefore,this study uses the method of literature Delphi and ring comparison method to construct the evaluation system which is guided by the developmental education evaluation theory and CIPP model.The index system is divided into four dimensions such as development goal,resource guarantee,organization implementation and development achievement.The system is composed of 4 first level indexes,18 second level indexes and 57 third level indexes on the whole.The empirical results shows the evaluation system can realize the“stock school”objectively and feasibly.
