从教育公平的视角谈教师期望效应的有效运用

摘  要:在教育教学中,教师承担着促进教育过程公平的重要职责。教师期望效应的有效运用可以对学生的发展产生预期的积极影响,但运用不当也会引起教育资源分配上不均等、课堂上教育机会不平等和群体间教学效果不一致等教育过程不公平问题。为了促进教师期望效应的公平运用,应当在全面、平等、差异原则的指导下,重视教师培训,强化期望教育的意识;转变教育理念,树立正确的学生观;注重因材施教,实施差异性教学;树立教师威信,营造和谐的师生关系。In education and teaching,teachers play an important role in promoting the fair-ness of educationprocess.The effective application of teacher expectation effect haspositive im-pact on studentsdevelopment.However,improper use will cause inequity in the educationpro-cess,such as unequal distribution of educational resources,unequal educational opportunities in the classroom and difference in teaching effectiveness between groups.In order to promote effective application of teacher expectation effect,teachers should take relevant training,adopt the right teaching concept,and carry out teaching according to the characteristics of different students,so as to establish a harmonious relationship with students.
