乡村名师工作室运行机制的个案研究

摘　　要：基于从具体到一般、从实践到理论的研究逻辑理路,以S名师工作室作为研究个案,析出乡村名师工作室运行的基本模式与研修活动策略,以工作室的运行过程为时间轴,将工作室成员的遴选、研修方案的确定、第一次课堂研磨、二次报告的震撼、乡村教师的帮扶、研修成果的提交作为关键事件予以文本分析,并将运行过程的要素提炼为研修模式、分布式管理、师承效应、资源水池、共生关系。Based on the research logic from specific to general,from practice to theory,this paper takes the studio of Master Teacher S as a research case,and analyzes the basic mode and strategy of research activities of rural master teacher studio.Taking the operation process of the studio as the time axis,text analyses have been conducted for key activities such as studio member selecting,research scheme determining,first class grinding,second report shocking,rural teacher assisting,and the traing results submitting.The paper extracts the elements of the operation process into research mode,distributed management,tutoring effect,resource pool,and symbiotic relationship.
