摘 要:针对国产某型乘用车二档匀加速工况的变速器啸叫问题,采用OPAX方法进行路径贡献量分析。通过试验测得系统频响函数与工况数据,建立参数化模型进行载荷识别并计算每条路径贡献量,分析出该变速箱啸叫噪声的主要贡献量路径为左悬置;考虑到提高结构刚度可使其避开共振频率,提出在悬置安装点局部区域加筋的优化方案,结合有限元模态分析,使局部模态得到优化;试验结果表明,优化后结构消除或减弱共振频率的效果明显,该档位啸叫特征显著降低。The transmission whistle problem of a domestic passenger car under the condition of second-gear uniform acceleration is investigated.The OPAX method is used to analyze the path contribution.The frequency response function and working condition data of the system are measured by experiments,the parameterized model is set up for load identification and calculating the contribution quantity of each path.The analysis results show that the main contribution path of the gearbox noise is the left mount.Considering that improving the structural stiffness can avoid the resonant frequency,the optimization scheme of adding reinforcement in local area of mounting point is put forward and verified by means of finite element modal analysis.The local modes are optimized.The experimental results show that the resonant frequency of the mount disappears and the whistle noise is significantly reduced after the optimization.
