摘  要:氯霉素可治疗动物疾病,在带来收益的同时,长期摄入含有氯霉素药物残留的食物,会损害人体健康。本实验在国家标准的基础上结合液相色谱-串联质谱,对动物源性食品中氯霉素的检测前处理方法进行一定程度的优化和改进,缩短检测时间,验证可实施性,该方法检出限0.008 μg/kg,R为0.999 22,回收率90.1%~98.4%,相对标准偏差4.35%~4.97%。突出优化后的方法检测残留量具有快捷、灵敏、稳定的特点。Chloramphenicol can be used to treat and prevent animal diseases.Long-term intake of food containing chloramphenicol drug residues will damage human health.Based on the national standard and combined with LC-MS/MS,the pretreatment method of chloramphenicol in food of animal origin was optimized and improved to a certain extent to shorten the detection time and verify its feasibility.The detection limit of this method was0.008 μg/kg,R was 0.999 22,and the recovery rate was 90.1%~98.4%.The relative standard deviation is between 4.35%~4.97%.The optimized method has the characteristics of fast,sensitive and stable.
