摘 要:本研究旨在建立一种快速、准确的大批量测定食用油中叔丁基羟基茴香醚(Butylated Hydroxyanisole,BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol,BHT)和特丁基对苯二酚(Tertiary Butylhydroquinone,TBHQ)含量的气相色谱法。对提取过程中的溶剂、转速和时长进行探究,选择最优提取条件,并用优化后的方法对4种食用油进行3种浓度的加标回收实验。经测定,BHA、BHT和TBHQ的质量浓度在5~100 μg/mL与其色谱峰面积呈较好的线性关系,相关系数R;达到0.999 7以上,方法检出限范围为1.8~4.8 mg/kg,重复性良好。4种食用油的3种浓度的平均加标回收率为85.0%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~2.9%(n=6)。该方法快速、简单且试剂消耗少,可用于快速检测大批量食用油样品中的BHA、BHT和TBHQ。该方法还可以为其他样品中的不同抗氧化剂检测提供技术参考。This study aimed to establish a rapid and accurate method for large scale determination of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA),2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT),and tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) by gas chromatography.The solvent,speed and duration used in extraction were investigated,then the optimal extraction conditions were selected.The optimized method was used in the recovery experiments of 4 edible oils with 3 concentrations.The concentrations of BHA,BHT and TBHQ showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 5~100 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient R~2 was over 0.999 7.The detection limit of this method was 1.8~4.8 mg/kg.This method also showed a good repeatability.The average spiked recoveries of four edible oils at three concentrations were 85.0%~102.4% with relative standard deviations of 1.0%~2.9% (n=6).This method was rapid,simple,little reagents consumed,and can be used for the rapid detection of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in large quantities of edible oil samples.This method can also provide technical reference for the detection of different antioxidants in other samples.
