摘 要:目的:从土壤树叶中筛选出芽短梗霉菌和实验室已有的出芽短梗霉,探究出芽短梗霉菌产低聚果糖的发酵性能。方法:对筛选的出芽短梗霉菌和实验室保存的出芽短梗霉菌进行发酵,通过高效液相色谱法测定得出最佳菌株,改变溶氧发酵条件探究对发酵产低聚果糖的影响。结果:通过筛选和发酵,筛选出产低聚果糖最高的出芽短梗霉菌IPE-3。结论:IPE-3是一种优秀的产低聚果糖的菌株,在600 r/min、1.8 L/min通气量和0 bar条件下,低聚果糖的产量高。Objective:To screen out Aureobasidium pullulans from soil leaves and Aureobasidium pullulans that has existed in the laboratory,and explore the fermentation performance of fructo-oligofructoses produced by Aureobasidium pullulans.Method:Ferment the selected Aureobasidium pullulans and laboratory-preserved Aureobasidium pullulans.The best strains are determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the dissolved oxygen fermentation conditions are changed to explore the effect on fructo-oligofructoses produced through fermentation.Results:Through screening and fermentation,Aureobasidium pullulans IPE-3 which produces the most fructo-oligosaccharides is screened.Conclusion:IPE-3 is an excellent fructo-oligosaccharide-producing strain,under the conditions of 600 r/min,1.8 L/min ventilation volume and 0 bar,the yield of fructo-oligosaccharides is high.
