摘 要:劳动教育是全面发展教育的重要组成部分,而学前期作为其他阶段教育的基础必然也要重视劳动教育内涵与价值。幼儿良好的心理品质和行为习惯是在教育者有意识、有计划的引导下逐步形成的。劳动教育帮助幼儿形成正确的劳动观、提升劳动技能,在日常生活劳动、服务性劳动和生产性劳动过程中逐步形成热爱劳动的意识,体验劳动的快乐和价值。幼儿园在课程设置中有意识地去设计主题活动课程,利用区角,创设生态劳动实践基地,为幼儿开辟劳动的空间,引导幼儿在参与、体验中提升劳动的素养,实现自我价值。Labor education is an important part of all-round development education.As the basis of other stages of education,early school must also pay attention to the connotation and value of labor education.Children's good psychological quality and behavior habits are gradually formed under the conscious and planned guidance of educators.Labor education helps children form a correct concept of labor,improve labor skills,gradually form a sense of loving labor in the process of daily life labor,service labor and productive labor,and experience the happiness and value of labor.Kindergartens consciously design theme activity courses in the curriculum,use the corner to create an ecological labor practice base,open labor space for children,guide children to improve labor literacy in participation and experience,and realize self-worth.
