摘 要:师范类专业认证是我国提升师范专业人才培养质量的重要举措。在此背景下,保障未来教师培养质量的长效机制的建立就是推进师范文化建设。目前地方师范院校师范文化建设主要面临教育文化建设呈现惰性、课程文化建设不到位等诸多困境。系统规划师范文化建设,突破原有教育传统的弊端,创生优质的师范类教师群体文化及师范生群体文化是师范类专业认证背景下建设地方师范院校师范文化的有效途径。The accreditation of teacher training is an important measure to improve the quality of teacher training in China.In this context, the establishment of a long-term mechanism to guarantee the quality of future teacher training is to promote the construction of normal culture.At present, the construction of normal culture in local Teachers universities is mainly faced with many difficulties, such as the inertia of education culture construction, the lack of curriculum culture construction and so on.Therefore, systematic planning of normal culture construction, breaking through the drawbacks of the original education tradition, creating high-quality teacher group culture and normal student group culture is an effective way to construct the normal culture of Local Normal Colleges under the background of teacher professional certification.
