摘 要:目的 探讨病例分析式教学方法与传统教学模式在产科见习教学中的效果,为提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法 将某院2019年9月1日-2020年6月30日临床基地班40名学生随机分为病例分析组和传统教学组,分别采用病例分析教学方法和传统教学方法进行产科见习教学,对两组进行统一考试和问卷调查,比较2组教学效果及学生对教学方法的评价。结果 病例分析组在选择题、简答题、分析题的成绩分别为(43.25±4.05)分、(24.18±3.2)分、(15.92±2.32)分均优于传统教学组的(37.21±6.47)分、(19.06±2.97)分、(11.23±3.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学满意度、病例分析组评价明显优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统教学法比较,病例分析式教学法更有利于产科临床知识的掌握以及临床思维能力的培养,有利于提高学生学习兴趣和学习主动性。Objectives This paper discussed the effect of case analysis teaching method and traditional teaching mode in obstetrics internship teaching,and provided reference for improving teaching quality.Methods 40 students in the clinical base class of a hospital from September 1st,2019 to June 30th,2020 were randomly divided into case analysis teaching group and traditional teaching group,respectively,using case analysis teaching method and traditional teaching methods to obstetric practice teaching,the two groups of unified exam and questionnaire survey,comparing two groups of teaching effects and students’ evaluation of teaching methods.Results The scores of multiple choice questions,short answer questions and analysis questions in case analysis group were 43.25±4.05、24.18±3.2、15.92±2.32,and they were better than those in the traditional teaching group,which were 37.21±6.47、19.06±2.97、11.23±3.01,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching satisfaction in the case analysis group was significantly better than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional teaching method,case analysis teaching method was more conducive to the mastery of obstetrics clinical knowledge and the cultivation of clinical thinking ability,which was conducive to improve students’ learning interest and initiative.
