摘  要:针对畜牧微生物学实验教学过程中发现的问题和实验培养方案的不科学性,提出以培养学生的综合实验能力为实验课程的中心目标,就微生物学实验课程教学内容的组织与更新、实验条件建设、实验过程与结果的评价、实验教学与科研相结合等方面进行教学改革实践,设计能解决实际问题的综合性连续性实验项目,加强学生对畜牧微生物学和微生物发酵知识的掌握,增强学生实验独立实验操作能力和分析解决问题能力,变机械操作为科学探索,旨在培养学生的实验动手能力和实验思维能力,达到教学目的。In view of the problems found in the process of animal husbandry microbiology experimental teaching and the ientific nature of the experimental training program,the central goal of the experimental co is to cultivate students'comprehensive experimental ability,the teaching reform is carried out in the following aspects:the Organization and renewal of the teaching contents,the construction of experimental conditions,the evaluation of experimental process and results,and the combination of experimental teaching and Scientific Research,to design a comprehensive and continuous experimental project that can solve practical problems,strengthen the students'knowledge of animal husbandry microbiology and microbial fermentation,and enhance the students'ability of independent experimental operation and analysis and problem-solving,to Change mechanical operation into scientific exploration is to cultivate students'practical ability and thinking ability in experiment so as to achieve the teaching goal.
