摘 要:教师工作投入是决定课程改革实施效果的关键因素之一。基于生态系统理论,尝试构建课程改革背景下转型学术英语(EAP)教师工作投入的分析框架。转型EAP教师工作投入涉及教学、学习和科研三个方面,包括认知-精力投入、情感投入、社会投入—学生/同事四个维度。将EAP课程改革视作生态系统,教师工作投入及其关联因子可归纳进入微观、中观、外层、宏观四个次系统,系统内和系统间教师主体与关联因子复杂交互、导致EAP教师工作投入与课程改革环境的互促。该分析框架可为针对课程改革背景下的教师工作投入开展实证研究提供思路。Teacher engagement is a key determinant for successful implementation of curricular reforms.As is informed by the ecological theory,the present study attempts to establish a framework for investigating transitional EAP teachers'work engagement against the backdrop of curricular reforms.It is proposed that EAP teachers'work engagement entails the three aspects of teaching,learning and doing research,and consists of cognitive-physical engagement emotional engagement,social engagement with students,social engagement with colleagues.EAP-oriented reform being regarded as an ecological system,EAP teachers'work engagement and its related factors could be categorized into the four sub-systems at the micro,meso,external and macro levels.The complex interactions between teachers and relevant factors from both within and across the systems would result in the mutual facilitation of teacher work engagement and the construction of an ecological curricular reform setting.The framework proposed in this study would provide implications for future empirical investigations into transitional EAP teachers'engagement with curricular reforms.
