摘  要:信息素养是适应信息社会发展要求必备的基本素质,小学英语教师信息素养包括将信息技术应用于小学英语教学的思维、能力及信息道德与网络安全意识等。调查显示,广西农村小学英语教师的信息素养总体较低且个体间差异不大,它受信息资源设施配备、教学环境氛围、教师知识技能和理念等多种因素影响。教育部门需继续增加投入、提供技术指导,学校应加强信息化建设、强化教学监管、完善考评体系,教师要具备信息意识,利用信息技术优化教学。通过上述各方共同努力,提升农村小学英语教师的信息素养。Information literacy is a basic quality necessary to meet the requirements of the development of information society.Information literacy of primary school English teachers includes the thinking mode and ability of applying information technology to primary school English teaching,as well as the awareness of information ethics and network security.The survey shows that the information literacy of rural primary school English teachers in Guangxi is generally low and there is little difference between individuals.The information literacy of primary school English teachers is affected by the allocation of information resources and facilities,the atmosphere of teaching environment,teachers’knowledge,skills and ideas.Education departments need further increase investment and provide technical guidance.Schools should facilitate information development,teaching supervision and improve evaluation system.Teachers should consciously use information technology to optimize teaching.Through the joint efforts of the above parties,the information literacy of rural primary school English teachers will be improved.
