摘  要:我国近年来高度重视科研人员的收入分配问题,并提出了“实行以增加知识价值为导向的分配政策”,出台了系列配套政策和落实举措。为了解有关政策的落实效果及存在问题,本研究从科研人员薪酬收入情况切入,通过问卷调查和调研座谈的方式对相关问题进行了分析。总体而言,我国科研人员薪酬收入水平不低且持续上升,但薪酬分配尚未真正实现与业绩贡献的紧密挂钩。In recent years,China attaches great importance to the income distribution of scientific research personnel,and puts forward the"implementation of the distribution policy oriented by increasing the value of knowledge",following with a series of supporting policies and implementation measures.In order to understand and evaluate the implementation effect and problems of the relevant policies,this study starts from the salary and income of scientific researchers,and analyzes relevant problems through questionnaires and research discussions.Generally speaking,the salary level of scientific research personnel in China is not low and continues to rise,but the problem is that salary distribution has not really been closely linked with performance contribution.
