从产教融合、校企合作视角看劳务派遣——以H市YC人力资源集团为例

摘  要:劳务派遣的使用是用工形式多样化与适应性的进步表现,它能很好的适应经济形势的变化、满足现实用工状况的要求。当前,劳务派遣虽然发挥了作用,但是劳务派遣模式还存在法律和定位上的不清晰、劳动者先天性弱势地位、劳务派遣监督体系不足等问题。因此,我们一要界定劳务派遣,并建立相应制度、完善相应法规。二要在党建引领下各方协作,相互监督制约。三要重构格局体系,在坚守为人民服务理念的前提下,适应当下状况,引领未来发展。The use of labor dispatch is a manifestation of the diversification and adaptability of labor forms,which can well adapt to the change of economic situation and meet the requirements of the actual employment situation.At present,although labor dispatch has played a role,there are still some problems in labor dispatch mode,such as unclear laws and positioning,congenital weak position of workers,and insuffi⁃cient supervision system of labor dispatch.Therefore,firstly,it should define labor dispatch,and establish the corresponding system,improve the relevant laws and regulations.Second,under the guidance of party building,all parties should coordinate,supervise and restrict each other.Third,it is necessary to restructure the structure and system,to adapt to current conditions and guide future development while adhering to the concept of serving the people.
