摘 要:法学教育的自身特性和外在需求决定了实践教学的重要地位。法学教育要实现内涵式发展需在实践教学方面进行更多的探索。针对实践教学方式单一、实践教学环节设置不合理、能力培养与法律职业能力要求相脱节等问题,需构建多位一体的实践教学模式。应设置多元化实践教学环节,按照挑战度不同设计初阶、进阶和高阶实践课程,结合理论课程安排,将实践教学环节合理设置于相应学期。在互利共赢基础上,构建“校园+实务部门”深度融合的协同育人机制。此外,还需要良好的教学管理和办学环境为多位一体实践教学模式保驾护航。The characteristics and external needs of legal education determine the important position of practical teaching.To realize the connotative development of legal education,more explorations should be needed in practical teaching.In view of the problems such as single practical teaching method,unreasonable practical teaching link setting,and disconnection between ability training and legal professional ability requirements,it is necessary to construct a all-in-one practical teaching mode.The diversified practical teaching links should be set up,and the rudimentary,intermediate and advanced practical courses should be designed according to different challenges.Combined with the arrangement of theoretical curriculum,the practical teaching links should be reasonably set up in the corresponding semesters.On the basis of mutual benefit and win-win,the collaborative educational mechanism with deep integration of“campus+practical departments”is constructed.In addition,good teaching management and school environment are also needed to assist in all-in-one practical teaching mode.
