摘　　要：21世纪,创新创业已上升为国家战略。在创新型国家战略背景下,创新驱动和创业驱动成为国家意志和全社会的共识。大学生创业素质与能力培养,关键在于教育与引导,在于创业导师能力提升。立足创业师资能力建设,阐述创业导师应具备的能力、提升创业导师能力的意义,通过深度解析高职院校创业导师能力提升面临的问题,深入挖掘与探究创业导师能力提升路径,以推动高职院校创新创业教育大发展。In the 21st century,innovation and entrepreneurship have risen to a national strategy.Under the background of innovation-driven national strategy,innovation-driven and entrepreneurship-driven consensus have become the national will and the consensus of the whole society.The key to the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial quality and ability lies in education and guidance,and the path comes from the improvement of entrepreneurial mentor’s ability.Based on the ability construction of entrepreneurship mentors,this paper focuses on the ability of entrepreneurship mentors and the significance of improving the ability of entrepreneurship mentors in higher vocational colleges.The paper deeply analyzes the problems faced by the ability improvement of entrepreneurship mentors in higher vocational colleges and deeply excavates and explores the path of the ability improvement of entrepreneurial mentors in order to promote the great development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
