摘 要:积极行为支持(PBS)是积极应对幼儿个体挑战行为的有效方法。若幼儿的挑战行为长期存在,将会对未来生活产生消极影响,因此对问题行为的干预应尽早介入。积极行为支持是从系统观的角度进行直接观察并建立实践策略的一种行为技术,以达到注重预防、减少挑战行为、重视生活质量提升的目的。概述积极行为支持实施的四个步骤,以幼儿园干预为实例,对教育工作者提出指导性意见,旨在为教师了解和掌握干预幼儿问题行为提供可行性措施。Positive Behavior Support(PBS)is an effective way to actively respond to individual challenging behaviors in children.If children s challenging behaviors persist for a long time,it will have a negative impact on their future lives.Therefore,interventions on problem behaviors should be involved as soon as possible.Positive behavior support is a behavioral technique that directly observes and establishes practical strategies from the perspective of a system view to achieve the purpose of focusing on prevention,reducing challenging behaviors,and improving quality of life.This article outlines the four steps for the implementation of positive behavior support,taking kindergarten intervention as an example,puts forward guiding opinions to educators,aiming to provide teachers with feasible measures to understand and master interventions in children s problem behaviors.
