摘 要:针对3C行业制造产线物流自动化对弹性和高效的应用需求特点,提出了RCGV设计概念,即将车载Robot与车体AGV进行技术整合,通过RCGV车体实现物料自动运输至目标工站精确定位,再通过车载实现物料自动交换。详述了RCGV设计,包括车体标准化设计、车载依应用需求标准化模组化设计、激光导航设计、安全防护设计以及控制系统设计。RCGV采用双激光扫描仪导航和精定位方案,实现了±10 mm定位精度,并成功应用于多个智能工厂,提升了生产效率,降低了生产物流成本,证明了所开发的RCGV实用性。RCGV开发和应用对发展和拓宽AGV在智能工厂和智能制造中的应用推广,提升企业生产制造自动化水平,提高生产效率和竞争力等都具有良好的借鉴意义。To address the elastic and efficient application requirements of logistics automation of manufacturing line in 3C industry, a concept of RCGV was presented, which integrated robot and AGV technology. The materials were automatically transported to the target station through the RCGV for accurate positioning, and then the materials are automatically exchanged through the vehicle. The design of RCGV was described in detail, including the design of vehicle body, design of standardized payload modules based on application requirements, laser navigation,safety protection and control system. Dual laser scanner navigation and precise positioning strategy were adopted in RCGV and the positioning accuracy of ± 10 mm was realized, which had been successfully applied to multiple intelligent factories, improving the production efficiency,reducing the production logistics cost, and proving the practicability of the developed RCGV. The RCGV expands AGV applications in the intelligent factory, improves production efficiency and competitiveness, and raises the level of automation for manufacturing enterprises.
