摘　　要：针对畜产食品工艺教学内容滞后于产业发展的现实,基于OBE理念下开展教学改革,涉及教学大纲、教学方法、教学环节和考核方式。教学实践表明,将OBE教学理念融入教学可以提高学生的学习热情和学习效率,是提高学生学习成绩的有效途径。In view of the fact that the teaching content of livestock food technology lags behind the industrial development,the teaching reform is carried out based on the concept of OBE,involving the teaching syllabus,teaching methods,teaching links and assessment methods.Teaching practice shows that integrating OBE teaching concept into teaching can improve students'learning enthusiasm and efficiency,and is an effective way to improve students'learning performance.
