摘 要:创新创业教育是面向全体学生培养创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的教育。改革开放后,我国教育界分别开展了创新教育、创业教育实践探索。21世纪初,创新创业教育成为国家实施科教强国战略和改革高校偏重知识教育的重要策略,形成一种培养富有创新创业知识、意识、精神和能力的创新型、应用型、技能型人才的教育理念和教育模式。教育行政部门逐渐从就业导向的创业教育走向了面向各类高校、全体学生的创新创业素养教育。从概念史、政策史和社会发展背景的多元视角对创新创业教育发展历程加以回顾,有助于我们全面理解创新创业教育的丰富内涵、科学开展创新创业教育实践。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an education aimed at cultivating innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative&entrepreneurial ability for all students.After reform and opening up,practical explorations of innovation education and entrepreneurship education are carried out.At the beginning of the 21 st century,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important strategy of invigorating the country through science,technology and education and the way of reforming the knowledge-oriented education.Now,an idea and model of education have been formed that cultivates knowledge,awareness,spirit and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Education administrative departments have gradually moved from employment-oriented entrepreneurship education to innovation and entrepreneurship education for all types of colleges and students.Reviewing the development process of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspectives of conceptual history,policy history and social development background will help us fully understand the rich connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and scientifically carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
