摘 要:教育督导是我国教育治理体系的重要组成部分。目前,我国教育督导存在角色定位不清、服务意识不足,教育督导主体单一、多元主体参与不够,教育督导的良性互动关系尚未建立,教育督导的合作机制不健全等问题。治理视野下,我国教育督导制度改革可采取以下措施:树立“办好人民满意的教育”的服务理念;打造政府主导、多元参与的教育督导共同体;理顺督导和行政的结构关系,重塑教育督导的权威功能体系;健全教育督导合作机制,打造政府评价和社会评价的合力。Educational supervision is an important part of China’s educational governance system.At present,the role of educational supervision in China is unclear and the service consciousness is insufficient.The subject of educational supervision is single and the participation of multiple subjects is not enough;The benign interaction of educational supervision has not been established,and the cooperation mechanism of educational supervision is not perfect.From the perspective of governance,the following measures can be adopted in China’s educational supervision system reform:establishing the idea of service of“do a good job in ensuring that education satisfies the people”;building a government-dominated community of educational supervision with multiple participation;straightening the structural relationship of supervision and administration and rebuilding the functional system of authority of educational supervision;and perfecting the cooperative mechanism of educational supervision and creating a synergy between government education and social evaluation.
