当代中医病势概念的演变

摘　　要：文章通过考察1至10版中医基础理论及中医诊断学全国统编教材,梳理其中有关病势的内容,发现中医基础理论及中医诊断学教材中“病势”概念的演变脉络截然不同,前者经由“病变机转、邪正关系”的下位概念向“疾病发展趋向”的近似概念演变,直至“病势”名称的确立;后者则历经由病势内容的萌芽出现直至消失的过程,这种差异与病势相关内容与在两本教材中的地位不同攸关,其中病势在前者中地位较高是比重较大,而在后者中地位渐低则与证内涵的变化有关。即从“证除涵盖病位、病因及病性之外,亦包含病势”至“任何复杂的证仅由病位、病性两大基本要素构成”的转变,从而导致病势概念的边缘化。It is found from 1st to 10th edition of textbooks of basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and diagnostics of TCM that their content about disease trend are different.The former went through the evolution from"pathological mechanism,states of pathogenic factors and healthy Qi"to the approximate concept of"disease development tendency"until the final establishment of the name of"disease tendency",while the latter went through process of germination,appearance and disappearance of disease trend contert,which probably because of different proportion of disease trend in the two textbook.Disease trend is ignored in diagnostics of TCM because the concept of syndrome changed from"Symptoms include location,cause,nature and tendency of disease"to"Symptoms only include location and nature of disease".
