摘 要:目的 构建本科助产专业实训课程中助产相关操作项目体系。方法 采用文献回顾法初步拟定项目体系,采用德尔菲法对16名专家进行2轮专家咨询。结果 专家权威系数为0.95,第二轮专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数为0.54(一级条目)和0.31(二级条目),最终形成的项目体系包含6个一级条目(妇女保健、孕期保健、分娩期保健、产后保健、新生儿保健、公共卫生综合能力),73个二级条目。结论 基于助产核心胜任力构建的助产相关操作项目体系具有较高的科学性和使用价值,可为我国助产本科教育中实训课程的构建提供依据。Objective To develop a midwifery practical skills system in midwifery practical curriculum of undergraduate midwifery education. Methods The initial system was developed by literature review and then two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted among 16 experts to modify the system. Results The authority coefficient of experts was 0.95,and the second round Kendall coordination coefficients was 0.54 for first-level indicators and 0.31 for second-level indicators. The midwifery practical skills system consisted of 6 domains(women health care,pregnancy health care,labor health care,postpartum health care,neonate health care,public health care) and 73 items in total. Conclusion Based on the midwifery core competency,the midwifery practical skills system for undergraduate midwifery education is scientific and reliable. The system can provide reference for practical curriculum development in undergraduate education of midwifery.
