摘　　要：针对控制工程专业学位研究生教育中普遍存在的工程实践能力培养不到位、学生国际化水平不高以及工程化课程体系不够完善等问题,以人工智能领域的高新技术研究和工程课题承接为切入点,结合控制工程专业学位研究生培养目标,从课程体系、师资队伍、培养模式及体制机制等方面进行综合改革试点建设。同时以河南大学控制工程专业学位研究生教育综合改革为例,探讨与分析具体思路与措施。最终成功构建了具有人工智能和机器学习学科特色的课程体系,具有国际化视野、交叉学科背景、工程实践能力的师资队伍,具有反馈机制的人才培养模式,以及以科研为导向、以导师为主要责任人、以实践创新为目标的研究生培养体制和资助机制。Aiming at the problems that the cultivation process of engineering practice is not in place,the internationalization level of graduate students is not high,and the engineering curriculum system needs to be optimized and improved,the university takes high-tech research and engineering projects in the field of artificial intelligence as the entry point,combines the cultivation objectives of professional degree graduate students in control engineering,and carries out comprehensive reform and pilot construction in terms of curriculum system,faculty team,cultivation mode and institutional mechanism. The pilot construction of comprehensive reform is carried out in terms of curriculum system,faculty team,cultivation mode and institutional mechanism. At the same time,the comprehensive reform of professional degree graduate education in the field of control engineering of Henan University is taken as an example to discuss and analyze specific measures and ideas. Finally,a curriculum system with the characteristics of artificial intelligence and machine learning,a faculty team with international vision,cross-disciplinary background and strong engineering practice ability,a talent cultivation model with feedback mechanism,and a postgraduate training system and funding mechanism oriented to scientific research,with supervisors taking the main responsibility and aiming at practical innovation were successfully built.
