摘 要:合作教学是充分运用教师资源,通过两位或更多教师合作进行的一种教学模式。海外环境下的汉语合作教学,人们大多只关注中外教师之间的合作,本文同时也关注中国教师之间的合作。文章通过课堂观察、访谈和问卷调查等方法,利用教师课件、学生作业、试卷分析等教学资料,对德国哥廷根大学汉语教师合作教学模式进行描述。其教学特点为既有教学内容进度上的严格统一管理,又有教学形式上的宽容、自由、开放。这种教学模式得到了教师和学生的肯定,但也存在一些不足。如何尽可能地减少问题、实现更好的发展,是该模式面临的挑战。Collaborative teaching is a kind of teaching model which involves the cooperation of two or more teachers,taking advantage of their professional network.Most people focus only on the cooperation between Chinese and foreign teachers in overseas cooperative teaching of Chinese,but this paper focuses on the cooperation between Chinese teachers as well.This paper describes the cooperative teaching model of Chinese teachers at the University of G?ttingen in Germany by using the research methods such as classroom observation,interviews and questionnaire survey,and teaching materials such as teachers’coursework,students’homework and test paper analysis.It is characterized not only by a strict and uniform management of the teaching content and schedule,but also by a tolerant,free and open teaching format.This teaching model has been affirmed by teachers and students,but there are also some shortcomings.How to minimize the problems and achieve better development is the challenge of this model.
