摘　　要：对新疆开展高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型人才总体情况进行分析,发现新疆开展高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型人才促进新疆现代职业教育体系更加完善,提升了学生的专业能力,满足了社会对本科层次应用型人才的需求,促进了高职院校与本科院校的优势互补;同时发现新疆开展高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型人才存在办学条件需要进一步改善,合作动力需要进一步激发,学生的积极性需要进一步提升,毕业生就业前景不乐观等问题。新疆开展高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型人才的对策建议是:加强投入,全面提升办学条件;明确方向,不断凸显培养优势;注重细节,提升人才培养管理成效;加强引导,营造良好社会氛围。Based on the analysis of the overall situation of Xinjiang’s joint training of applied talents with higher vocational education and undergraduate education, it is found that Xinjiang’s joint training of applied talents with higher vocational education and undergraduate education has improved the modern vocational education system in Xinjiang and further enhanced the students’ professional ability, to a certain extent, meets the society’s demand for undergraduate-level application-oriented talents, and makes the advantages of higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges complement each other. At the same time, it is found that the joint training of applied talents in higher vocational education and undergraduate education in Xinjiang has problems such as the need to further improve the conditions for running schools, the need to further stimulate the motivation of cooperation, the need to further improve the enthusiasm of students,and the unoptimistic employment prospects of graduates. The countermeasures and suggestions for Xinjiang to jointly cultivate applied talents in higher vocational education and undergraduate education are: strengthen investment and comprehensively improve the conditions for running schools;clarify the direction and constantly highlight the advantages of training;pay attention to details and improve the effectiveness of talent training management;strengthen guidance and create a good social atmosphere.
