摘 要:现代学徒制已在我国广泛开展起来,作为一种具体的制度形式和制度载体,其目的是调动企业资源,探索多种形式,培育高质量技术技能人才,从而适应国家产业转型升级。通过分析当前我国现代学徒制实施的现状,面临的困境,建议国家及各省级教育主管部门优选行业企业,重点在汽车专业实施和推广现代学徒制,实现“三业融合”,将现代学徒制上升到国家层面进行资源的整合,构建校企利益、命运共同体,构建融合型校企教学培训基地,推进“三教”改革,完善学徒制企业课程建设机制,最终推动技能型社会构建和促进终身职业教育,充分满足国家对于产业转型升级的需要,从而形成具有中国特色的现代学徒制人才培养的可持续发展体系。Modern apprenticeship system has been widely carried out in China.As a specific institutional form and institutional carrier,its purpose is to mobilize enterprise resources,explore various forms and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,so as to adapt to the national industrial transformation and upgrading.By analyzing the current situation and difficulties faced by the implementation of modern apprenticeship in China,it is suggested that the national and provincial education authorities should select industry enterprises,focus on the implementation and promotion of modern apprenticeship in automobile major,realize the"integration of three industries",raise the modern apprenticeship to the national level,integrate resources,build a community of interests and destiny of schools and enterprises,build an integrated school enterprise teaching and training base,and promote the reform of"three education",improve the curriculum construction mechanism of apprenticeship enterprises,finally promote the construction of skilled society and promote lifelong vocational education,and fully meet the national needs for industrial transformation and upgrading,so as to form a sustainable development system of modern apprenticeship talent training with Chinese characteristics.
