摘　　要：5G时代的到来促进了通信行业的高速发展,高职院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成单元,培养适应型高质量技术型人才成为了当下的重中之重。该研究通过开展基于工作过程的高职通信技术专业改革与实践创新性研究,较好地解决了高职院校通信技术专业建设与发展中存在的诸多问题,通过课程体系改革、教学方法改革、改善实训条件、改变课程评价体系等一系列举措,使学生在毕业时能更快对接工作岗位,获得行业认可。The advent of 5G era has promoted the rapid development of the communication industry. Higher vocational colleges, as an important component of China’s higher education, training adaptable high quality technical talents has become the current top priority. By carrying out innovative research on the reform and practice of Communication Technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. Based on work process, this research has better solved many problems existing in the construction and development of Communication Technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. Through a series of measures, such as curriculum system reform, teaching method reform,improving training conditions, changing curriculum evaluation system, students can connect to their jobs faster when they graduate and obtain industry recognition.
