感觉寻求与青少年手机成瘾的关系:孤独感的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:考察孤独感在感觉寻求对青少年手机成瘾倾向的影响中的中介作用。方法:采用简版感觉寻求量表(BSSS-C)、手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)及UCLA孤独感量表(UCLA),以整群抽样的方法对811名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)具有手机成瘾倾向的青少年约占30.8%,有手机成瘾倾向的青少年与无手机成瘾倾向的青少年相比,具有更高的感觉寻求与孤独感水平(t=5.446,4.776,P<0.001);(2)手机成瘾与感觉寻求、孤独感均呈显著的正相关(r=0.291,0.221,P<0.001),感觉寻求与孤独感也存在显著的正相关(r=0.155,P<0.001);(3)孤独感在感觉寻求与手机成瘾间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的7.16%。结论:感觉寻求这一人格特征可以直接影响青少年手机成瘾的倾向,也可以通过增加青少年的孤独感增强手机成瘾的程度。Objective:To investigate the predictive effects of sensation seeking on the mobile phone addiction in adolescents and the mechanisms of this prediction.Methods:The Brief Sensation Seeking Scale-Chinese Version(BSSS-C),Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI)and UCLA Loneliness Scale(UCLA)were used to measure the levels of mobile phone addiction,sensation seeking and loneliness in 811 high school and secondary vocational school students.Results:(1) The prevalence of mobile phone addiction tendency in adolescents was about 30.1%.Compared with adolescents without mobile phone addiction tendency,adolescents with mobile phone addiction tendency had higher levels of sensation seeking(t=5.446,P<0.001)and loneliness(t=4.776,P<0.001);(2) The correlations between mobile phone addiction and sensation seeking(r=0.291,P<0.001),loneliness(r=0.221,P<0.001)were significant.The correlation between sensation seeking and loneliness was statistically significant(r=0.155,P<0.001);(3) Loneliness played a partial mediating role between sensation seeking and mobile phone addiction,and the mediating effect accounted for 7.16% of the total effect.Conclusion:These results reveal the role of specific personality traits of adolescents in regulating the tendency of mobile phone addiction and the mechanisms of this regulation effect.
