我国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师规培的思考--美国标准化医学教育的启示

摘　　要：美国的医学教育已经形成严格的流程和成熟的标准化管理,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的专科性强,医学教育过程包括学位教育、住院医师规范化培训和专科医师规范化培训。从耳鼻咽喉头颈外科角度,介绍美国的标准化医学教育、专科医师培养,并总结其对我国规培教学的启示。美国的标准化医学教育流程,对于我国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业住院医师规范化培训有良好的借鉴意义。Medical education in the United States has developed a strict process and standardized management system,while otolaryngology,head&neck surgery is a highly specialized discipline.The program of medical degree education includes standardized training of residents and specialized physicians.From the perspective of otolaryngology,head and neck surgery,this paper introduces the standardized medical education and specialist training in the United States,and summarizes its enlightenment to the standardized training teaching in China.The standardized medical education process in the United States can provide a good reference for the standardized training of resident doctors in otolaryngology head and neck surgery in China.
