摘　　要：在国家高水平护理专业群建设的背景下,文章顺应现代社会对复合型护理人才的需求,遵循“产教融合、校企合作、工学结合、知行合一”的理念,分析了高职护理项目课程的内涵及需求。课程团队依托伤口造口护理专家工作室的建设,开展深度产教融合,以典型工作任务为主线,聚焦高素质技术技能人才培养目标,融入健康照护新技术、新标准、新规范,深化《伤口造口失禁护理》项目课程的开发。该研究创新了“双元制”人才培养模式,为高职护理教育“三教”改革提供方法、路径,为进一步提升护理人才培养质量奠定基础,助力临床专科护士培训及继续教育。In the context of the construction of a national highlevel nursing professional group,this article complies with the modern society’s demand for compound nursing talents,follows the concept of"integration of production and education,schoolenterprise cooperation,combination of work and learning,and integration of knowledge and action",and analyzes the connotation and demand of higher vocational nursing project curriculum.The course team relies on the construction of the wound and stoma care expert studio,carries out in-depth integration of production and education,takes typical work tasks as the main line,focuses on the training goals of highquality technical and skilled personnel,and integrates new technologies,new standards and new norms in health care,deepens the development of the project curriculum of"Wound Ostomy and Incontinence Care".This study innovated the"dual system"talent training model,provided methods and paths for the“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”reform of higher vocational nursing education,laid a foundation for further improving the quality of nursing talent training,and helped clinical specialist nurse training and continuing education.
