摘 要:目的评估基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的混合式教学模式在药学专业“人体解剖生理学”教学中的应用效果。方法以石河子大学药学院2020级和2021级药学专业学生为研究对象。其中,2020级学生作为对照组(n=156),采用传统教学模式进行教学;2021级学生作为试验组(n=167),采用基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式教学;通过问卷调查比较两组学生对两种教学模式的满意度,以及对该课程学习目标达成情况的评价,并比较两组学生的考核及考试成绩。结果试验组学生的过程性考核成绩、期末考试成绩及其良好率和及格率较对照组均明显提高(P<0.01);试验组学生对该课程教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),且试验组学生中认为达成学习目标的人数也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于OBE理念的混合式教学可提高该课程教学质量,激发学生学习兴趣,并培养其专业学习能力;但仍须因材施教,探索适合药学专业学生特点的教学模式。Objective To evaluate the effect of application of blended teaching mode based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept in teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology of Phar-maceutical Specialty.Methods Undergraduate students enrolled in 2020 and 2021 majoring in Pharmaceutical Specialty from school of Pharmacy of Shihezi University were selected as the objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with students enrolled in 2020 in the control group(n=156)and students enrolled in 2021 as the experimental group(n=167).Traditional teaching mode was carried out in the teaching of the control group,while blended teaching mode based on OBE was implemented in the teaching of the experimental group.Questionnaire survey were applied to compare students'satisfaction with the two teaching modes and their evaluation of the achieve-ment of the course objectives,as well as compare students'test and exam scores.Results The test score for formative assessment,the score of final exam,the fine rate and the passing rate in final exam were significantly increased in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.01).The level of students'satisfaction with the course teaching in the experimental group was higher than that of in the control group(P<0.01),and the experimental group had a higher percentage of students who achieved the indicated learning objectives compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Blended teaching mode based on OBE effectively improves teaching quality of Human Anatomy and Physiology,stimulates students'learning interests,and cultivates their learning ability in the specialty.However,it is necessary to adjust the imple-mentation plan in accordance with the basis of different students and to explore the best teaching mode that is suitable to characteristics of the students in Pharmaceutical Specialty.
