安徽省职业教育支撑新基建人才培养的策略研究

摘　　要：文章以安徽省为例,通过分析安徽省新基建在特高压建设、新能源汽车产业、城际高速铁路和城市轨道交通建设等方面的发展现状,对安徽省职业教育支持新基建人才培养的可能性及可行性进行了论述,最后建议面向新基建技术领域对职业教育进行改革、重构新基建职业教育人才培养方案、以市场需求为导向,建设新型基础设施建设产学研平台、以师资队伍为保障,提升教师培养新型技术技能人才胜任能力,加快职业教育人才培养数字化、信息化和智能化,将新基建融入职业教育人才培养全过程,助力职业教育人才培养现代化,打造现代化高质量新型技术技能人才。Taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper discusses the possibility and feasibility of vocational education in Anhui to support the training of talents in new infrastructure by analyzing the development status of new infrastructure in UHV construction,new energy automobile industry,intercity high-speed railway and urban rail transit.Meanwhile,suggestions are put forward such as reconstructing vocational education personnel training scheme oriented by market demand,building the new infrastructure industry-learning-research platform,improving the teachers’ability of new technical skills and accelerating the digital informatization and intelligent training of vocational education personnel.Integrating the new infrastructure into the whole process of vocational education personnel training can help modernize the vocational education personnel training and build modern,high-quality and new technical talents.
