乡村定向师范生教育情怀培养的伦理内涵与实践模式--基于南京晓庄学院的考察

摘　　要：“晓庄是从爱里走出来的”,晓庄师范的创办、复建与发展,都是爱的传承和爱的表达。95年来,晓庄师范培养出一大批热爱乡村教育、具有扎根乡村的理想信念和扎实学识的乡村教师。社会主义新时代,在国家乡村振兴重大战略背景下,晓庄以爱为核心,以“教育情怀”为主线,设计乡村定向师范生培养方案,形成了标识性很强的晓庄模式。乡村定向师范生教育情怀培养的晓庄模式,是对陶行知教育思想和大爱精神的创造性继承和创新性转化,能够为新时代培养助力乡村教育振兴的卓越教师提供经验支持。The establishment,reconstruction and development of Xiaozhuang Normal School are the inheritance and expression of love.Over the past 95 years,Xiaozhuang Normal School has trained a large number of rural teachers who love rural education,have the ideal and belief of taking root in the countryside and solid knowledge.In the new era of socialism,under the major strategic background of national rural revitalization,Xiaozhuang has designed the training program for rural oriented normal students with love as the core and“educational feelings”as the main line,forming a highly symbolic Xiaozhuang model.The Xiaozhuang mode of cultivating the educational feelings of rural oriented normal students is the creative inheritance and innovative transformation of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought and great love spirit,and can provide experience support for cultivating excellent teachers who help the revitalization of rural education in the new era.
