摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合电子纤维内镜参观学习在麻醉学本科专业耳鼻咽喉科见习教学中的运用效果。方法选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2016级麻醉学本科专业学生52名,随机分成传统讲授式教学(lecture-based learning,LBL)作为对照组和PBL结合电子纤维内镜参观作为试验组。教学效果的检验采用理论考核、技能考核、问卷调查、学习积极性和职业选择等评价方式,分析两组学生理论和技能考核成绩、知识整体掌握度、激发学习兴趣和教学整体满意度、课堂提问人次和愿意报考耳鼻咽喉专业研究生的学生人数等参数的差异。结果与对照组相比,试验组学生理论和技能考核成绩、知识整体掌握度、学习兴趣、教学整体满意度、课堂提问人次和愿意报考耳鼻咽喉专业研究生的学生人数都显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法结合电子纤维内镜参观应用于麻醉学本科专业耳鼻咽喉科临床见习能取得良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of problembased learning(PBL)method combined with electronic fiber endoscope in the otolaryngology clinical practice on anesthesiology.Methods 52 undergraduate anesthesiologists of grade 2016 in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into traditional teaching as the control group and PBL combined with electronic fiber endoscopy as the experimental group.The test of teaching effect adopted the evaluation methods of theory assessment,skill assessment,questionnaire survey,learning enthusiasm and career choice to analyze the parameter differences of the two groups of students'theory and skill assessment results,overall mastery of knowledge,stimulating learning interest and overall teaching satisfaction,number of classroom questions and the number of graduate students willing to apply for otolaryngology.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of theory and skill examination,the overall mastery of knowledge,learning interest,the overall satisfaction of teaching,the number of classroom questions and the number of graduate students willing to apply for otolaryngology in the experimental group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method combined with electronic fiber endoscopy can achieve good teaching results in the otolaryngology clinical practices from the students in anesthesiology.
