摘 要:目的结合循证医学研究基础生命支持(basic life support,BLS)课程对医学生心肺复苏能力的影响。方法2021年1—12月,将100名广西中医药大学大三年级的医学生,分为观察组(理论+BLS教学视频+BLS模式培训)、对照组(理论+心肺复苏视频教学),对两组医学生采取相应的培养方法,比较两组医学生的心肺复苏理论和技能考核评分以及指南文献解读能力,最后进行学生满意度评价。结果培训后,两组的理论成绩、技能成绩均有所提升,但观察组的理论成绩、技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组的文献解读能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用问卷星进行学生满意度调查,观察组的教学方式、教学视频、课程生动、组织与考核、师生互动、学习资源均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合循证医学的BLS课程,学生满意度高,可以提高医学生的心肺复苏能力,为医学生心肺复苏实训课提供新的教学模式。Objective To study the effect of basic life support(BLS)course combined with evidence-based medicine on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability of medical students.Methods From January to December 2021,100 medical students from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the observation group(theory+BLS teaching video+BLS mode training)and the control group(theory+CPR video teaching).Corresponding training methods were adopted to compare the CPR theory and skills assessment scores and the ability to interpret guideline literature between the two groups of medical students,and finally the students'satisfaction was evaluated.Results After training,the theoretical and skill scores of the two groups were improved,but the theoretical and skill scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the literature interpretation ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire was used to investigate the students'satisfaction.The teaching methods,teaching videos,vivid courses,organization and assessment,teacher-student interaction and learning resources of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The BLS course combined with evidence-based medicine has high student satisfaction,which can improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability of medical students,and provide a new teaching model for medical students'cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course.
