摘  要:利用全自动烷基汞分析仪建立水产品中甲基汞的测定方法。样品经过酸提取,采用四乙基硼化钠作为乙基化试剂,用全自动烷基汞分析仪检测甲基汞含量。结果显示,在10~1500 pg的范围内,甲基汞线性关系良好(r=0.9993),方法定量限为3μg/kg。利用正交试验确定样品的前处理条件并进行加标试验,当加标量为20.0,200.0和500.0μg/kg时,回收率在91.7%~108.8%之间。该方法与GB 5009.17—2014比较,具有高灵敏度、低检出限、高回收率等特点,操作简单、快速,适合大批量水产品中甲基汞的测定。A method was developed for methyl mercury determination in aquatic products with automated alky mercury analytical system.The sample was extracted by acid and sodium tetraethyl borate was used as ethylation reagent.The ethylation products were used for determination of methyl mercury by automated alkyl mercury analytical system.The results showed that calibration curve of methyl mercury was in good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993 in the range of 10-1500 pg.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.003 mg/kg.The pretreatment conditions of the sample were determined by orthogonal experiment and the addition experiment was carried out.While spiked at 20.0,200.0 and 500.0μg/kg,the recoveries of methyl mercury ranged from 91.7%-108.8%.Comparing with national standard(GB 5009.17—2014),the method was with high sensitivity,low detection limit and high recovery,simple and fast operation,and it was suitable for the determination of methyl mercury in large quantities of aquatic products.
