摘  要:食品工业企业诚信管理体系是国家为督促企业树立诚信理念、完善诚信管理制度、落实企业主体责任、促进行业长期健康发展而提出的一项管理举措。10余年来,该项工作在各级政府、行业协会、评价机构和企业的多方努力下,取得一定成效,但也存在一系列问题。对我国食品工业企业诚信管理体系的建设背景、发展历程和发展现状进行概述,分析诚信管理体系与食品行业其他管理体系的关系,指出诚信管理体系建设过程存在的问题并提出发展建议。Food industry enterprises integrity management system(IMS)is one of the official management measures to promote a long-term and healthy development of food industry by urging enterprises to establish concept of integrity,perfect system of integrity and fulfill principal duty.With the efforts of governments at all levels,associations,evaluation agencies and enterprises,the construction of IMS in China has got some achievements accompanied by a variety of problems during the past ten years.The backgrounds,the development history and the current situations of IMS have been summarized.The connections of IMS and other management systems for food industry have been expounded.Meanwhile,the recommendations based on the analysis of the problems of IMS during its construction process have been made.
