摘　　要：基于新媒体时代背景,越来越多的高校基于移动端推动新型教学模式改革,为课堂注入了新的活力,带来了创新性的发展,但同时也引起了一些新的问题和挑战。以食品专业主干课程“食品微生物学”改革为例,基于超星学习通+PBL教学法对该课程教学实践中存在的问题进行反思和总结,以期为高校基于移动端新型教学模式的课程建设提供一定的参考。Under the background of new media era,more and more colleges and universities promote the reform of new teaching mode based on mobile terminal,which injects new vitality into the classroom and brings innovative development,but it also brings some new problems and challenges.In this paper,the reform of Food Microbiology,the main course of food specialty,was taken as an example.Based on the problems existing in the teaching practice of Superstar learning platform+PBL teaching method,it was expected to provide some reference for the curriculum construction based on the new teaching mode of mobile terminal in colleges and universities.
