摘  要:教师专业自主权是权利与义务的统一、自由与责任的平衡。长期以来,教育管理的“麦当劳化”和社会环境的“剧场效应”对教师专业自主权的侵蚀与干扰,使得教师专业自主权实则处于一种缺失状态。专业自主权的缺失,极易导致教师陷入普罗化的危险,主要表现为:职责无限扩大,负担异常沉重;创造意识淡漠,课堂魅力凋零;公共使命式微,人文情怀消解。促进教师专业自主权的回归需要明确职责范畴、理清权力边界、创设有利环境、引导自觉践行。Teacher’s professional autonomy is the essential part of teacher professionalization.For a long time,teacher’s professional autonomy is eroded and interfered by the educational management of McDonaldization and theater effect of social environment,which actually makes the the autonomy be in a state of nothingness and suspension.The shortage of the autonomy easily makes teachers popularization mainly shown by the infinite expanding duty and extremely heavy load,decreasing sense of innovation and charm in classes,reducing public mission and humanity emotions.The return of teachers’professional autonomy needs to define the scope of responsibilities,clarify the boundaries of power,create a favorable environment,and guide conscious practice.
