摘 要:我国基于规范引导师范类专业内涵建设、建立健全教师教育质量保障体系、持续提升教师培养质量的战略考量,在全国全面启动师范专业认证。作为师范专业认证的对象和实现师范教育高质量发展的主体,高校需要结合院校实际,更新师范教育理念,构建“三全育人”师德养成新格局,完善人才培养方案,建构科学有效的人才培养支撑体系,形成基于底线标准的,富于校本特色、鲜活个性、多样化的教师教育培养体系,避免把师范专业认证演绎为一种标准化运动。Based on the strategic considerations of standardizing and guiding the connotation construction of education majors,establishing and improving the teaching quality assurance system,and continuously improving the quality of teacher training,China has comprehensively launched normal professional certification nationwide.As the object of normal professional certification and the main body to achieve high-quality development of normal education,universities need to combine their actual situation,update the concept of normal education,build a new pattern of“three comprehensive education”to promote moral development,improve personnel training programs,and construct a scientific and effective talent training support system.In this way,a school-based,vivid,personalized and diverse teacher educational training system based on bottom-line standards can be formed and universities can avoid interpreting normal professional certification as a standardized movement.
